FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Barre fitness is a low-impact, high-intensity workout inspired by ballet and Pilates. It focuses on tiny isometric movements designed to strengthen and tone the body.

  • No prior experience is necessary! Our Barre Pop-up is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

  • Our pop-up will be on March 22, 2025 at 10:30 AM. This will be held at Mint Room Miami (7900 NE 2nd Ave, Unit 202 Miami, Florida 33138), located on the corner of 79th and 2nd Ave. If you see a furniture store on the first level, you’re in the right place!

    For entrance into the building, use the intercom system and dial 4474 for entry. The studio will be located  on the second level.

  • Parking is at the rear of the building—park on the second floor in any of the yellow spots. Look for the "PAY TO PARK - Air Garage" signs and text "PAY" to (786) 833-6921. Vehicles must be registered before leaving to avoid a parking ticket. Use the coupon code "MINT202" for a discount (free for the first hour, then $3 every hour after). Remember to manually end your parking session on your phone when you leave. Mint Room Studios is not liable for any parking tickets.

  • Nope, we’ve got you covered! We will provide you with all Barre equipment and even sticky socks, if you don't have any. You are more than welcome to bring a small towel and a bottle of water.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable workout attire. Oh, and why not make it a cute fit for your post workout pic while you’re at it

  • The event will run for approximately 2.5 hours, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the workout and connect with others. Check-in for the event starts at 10:30 AM and will end at 1:00 PM. 

  • Not this time. This pop-up is a closed event with a limited guest list. However, we will be launching in the summer and at that time, we will be open to the public! 

  • We will be serving light refreshments with curated mocktails and bites from our sponsors.

  • Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your tripod and film as much you desire.
