No prior experience is necessary! Our Barre Pop-up is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Nope, we’ve got you covered! We will provide you with all Barre equipment and even sticky socks, if you don't have any. You are more than welcome to bring a small towel and a bottle of water.

We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable workout attire. Oh, and why not make it a cute fit for your post workout pic while you’re at it

Each workout session is 30-45min. For our Signature Barre Bar experiences, you are welcome to join us at our curated bar for a social after your session.

Not this time. This pop-up is a closed event with a limited guest list. However, we will be launching in the summer and at that time, we will be open to the public!
