  • Barre fitness is a low-impact, high-intensity workout inspired by ballet and Pilates. It focuses on tiny isometric movements designed to strengthen and tone the body.

  • No prior experience is necessary! Our Barre Pop-up is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

  • Nope, we’ve got you covered! We will provide you with all Barre equipment and even sticky socks, if you don't have any. You are more than welcome to bring a small towel and a bottle of water.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable workout attire. Oh, and why not make it a cute fit for your post workout pic while you’re at it

  • Each workout session is 30-45min. For our Signature Barre Bar experiences, you are welcome to join us at our curated bar for a social after your session.

  • Not this time. This pop-up is a closed event with a limited guest list. However, we will be launching in the summer and at that time, we will be open to the public! 

  • We will be serving curated mocktails and bites from our sponsors.

  • Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your tripod and film as much you desire.
