
Barre Bar is an elevated social wellness event series that puts a fitness spin on the traditional bar scene. Our pop-ups consist of a dynamic barre workout session where you are given your own portable barre, mimicking a true studio barre fitness class, followed by a social mixer.
Our pop-ups are designed to give you an engaging “happy hour”experience—rooted in wellness. Think endorphins over alcohol and vibrant conversations over pressured small talk. This is for EVERYBODY and EVERY BODY: both men and women, and all body types. Our mission is to redefine wellness through curated experiences, bridging the gap between fitness and lifestyle.

I first discovered Barre 3 years ago, after encountering a plateau in my fitness journey. A friend recommended that I try a Barre class and that was the first time I ever heard of Barre. After trying my first class, I was HOOKED! I took classes consistently for a year then I decided to become more involved with Barre because I loved how it was transforming my body. However, I noticed there was a gap in education about this style of low-impact workout—especially within multicultural groups. When I would tell people that I am a Barre instructor, they either assumed that I was a Bartender or a Lawyer. Therefore, I became an instructor to bridge that gap and bring excitement to this untapped area of fitness. From there the Barre Bar was birthed—merging fitness with a bar experience. My goal is to create social wellness experiences that build community.
